LOCATION 
Situated in a quiet, mainly pedestrianised lane in the old town of Lyme Regis, a lovely peaceful location, yet just a stone’s throw from the main street and around 5 mins walk from the beach.

PROPERTY 
Cobblestones is a detached two bedroom house with a substantial patio garden and lovely views across the town’s rooftops to the sea beyond. Heating is by electricair.

KITCHEN 
Fully equipped for five people with large breakfast bar, electric cooker, fridge/freezer, microwave, tumble dryer, kettle and toaster etc.

LOUNGE 
Good size lounge with settees and chairs, television and dvd, electric fire. French doors open onto the conservatory which is a real sun trap at any time of year.

BEDROOMS 
There are two bedrooms, one with a double bed, the other with three single beds. The second bedroom has french doors opening onto the small balcony which again has lovely sea views. There is also a travel cot for your use if required.

BATHROOMS 
On the ground floor there is a downstairs toilet with washbasin and on the first floor both bedrooms have a door leading onto the bathroom with toilet, washbasin and bath with shower over.

OUTSIDE 
Sliding doors from the conservatory lead out on to a paved patio area. There is also a large south facing garden which has been put down to shingle, in which to sit and relax.  Free parking is provided for your stay in the nearby Charmouth Road or Holmbush car parks, both are about a 5 min walk away.

Duvets and pillows on all beds, tenants to bring/hire bed linen and towels
